Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the issue. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
